Ex President GEJ Meets With Buhari In Aso Rock

Ex Nigerian president Dr. Goodluck jonathan during the weekend had dinned with the new president Mohammed Buhari privately in Aso rock.

former president Goodluck, visited the current president at night in a meeting that lasted for more than an hour. the purpose of the unexpected visit is still unknown to the public but there are indications that the leaders tried to examine the ongoing corruption investigation of the former president’s cabinet.

According to a prime reporter, the dinner meeting was held indoors privately and the two, after hours came outside the villa chanting and laughing obviously in a happy mood. Dr. Goodluck Jonathan was last seen at Villa in Abuja on May 29, 2015.

Seems like the new president is really having his free times patched up with visitors which is very unusual with the others (past presidents), it was reported that a former president, Olusegun Obasanjo also visited the new president at the Presidential Villa, this was the first time he had seen him since his inauguration as president.

President Buhari have made it clear since assuming office that his top priorities as the head of states is to combat terrorism and corruption but suspicions have been calmed saying that the timing of this visit is not connected to the presidents activities.
