Lucky Teenage Girl Finds Gold In A German Lake

16-year-old German holidaymaker found a 500g (1lb) gold bar worth €16,000 (£11,500) while swimming in a lake in Germany

On Friday,  Reports said  the teenager discovered the metallic object 200cm below the normal sea level near the shore of Bavaria's Koenigssee lake.

The police for the safety of the teenager have kept the precious metal and are now searching the whole lake to see if there are any other of such metal in it                                                                      

After a long hour search by the police divers, they came up with no positive outcomes of more of the metal in the lake but they are conducting more searches to know who owned the Gold metal.

Previously, rumors had it that the WW2 Hitler/Nazi lost a gold filled cart in the river boarder of Germany and Austria. This incident has predominantly revived the rumour to air, But according to the police research report, the metal is in no way connected to the Nazi era of 1933 or 1945.
